We are seeking a reliable and resourceful IT Help Desk Technician to support our growing team. This individual will be critical in setting up and supporting new hires with IT equipment, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations for all employees, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the organization.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and resourceful IT Help Desk Technician to support our growing team. This individual will be critical in setting up and supporting new hires with IT equipment, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations for all employees, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT support requests (hardware, software, network, access, etc.).
- Set up workstations, laptops, and accounts for new hires and ensure equipment is fully operational on day one.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, email, VPN, printers, and other IT systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and other systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Work closely with the IT Manager to support ongoing infrastructure and security initiatives.
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience, preferably in a professional or technical environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and endpoint security.
- Experience with account setup, imaging, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic scripting or automation.
