Senior Program Scheduler

Position Summary

Busek Co. Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Process and Scheduling Analyst to enhance project performance and efficiency across our operations. This role involves close collaboration with finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize scheduling and streamline business processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while supporting program managers in process improvements and cost-benefit analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project lifecycle stages and strategic goals.
• Implement and oversee a Configuration Management Plan to document system changes in architecture, hardware, and software.
• Utilize project management tools such as Gantt charts, PERT charts, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk analysis to track project progress and mitigate risks.
• Analyze and report project performance data and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clear interpretation of stakeholder requirements and project updates.
• Support new business proposals by developing scheduling methodologies and IMP/IMS strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years of project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Foundational knowledge of program management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification.
• Familiarity with aerospace hardware design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience using Schedule Health Analysis tools, Schedule Risk Assessment tools, and EVMS guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create visual metrics and dashboards.
• Experience in resource leveling and resolving critical path conflicts.
• Ability to present complex data to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external stakeholders.
